This project was developed in collaboration with a young father in Ukraine, born from our shared passion for sustainability and the circular economy. Together, we created a minimum viable product (MVP) to test the market for a children’s product swap site—a platform designed to help families exchange gently used items and reduce waste.

The website was designed and built with simplicity and usability in mind, allowing us to launch quickly and gather feedback from early users. As our ideas continue to evolve, so does the platform—pivoting into different ideas for community-driven reuse.

In addition to the website, I designed a set of flyers to support offline outreach and build awareness locally. This print collateral played a key role in spreading the word and driving traffic to the platform.

This project reflects not just a technical solution, but a values-led approach to design, collaboration, and meaningful social impact.
